Peripower Product Warranty Disclaimer​

1. Generally, all peripower products have 1 year warranty calculated from product's shipping date, unless stated otherwise in our special offers or other deals.

2. Consumers should properly maintain purchase invoices (or proof of purchase) to protect their rights.

3. When there is no product purchase invoice (or proof of purchase), the warranty period is determined by the product's manufacturing date.

4. If the product is damaged/failed due to improper use or disassembly, it is not covered by the warranty.

5. Products that are disassembled, tampered with, repaired and/or modified by the user or by non-authorized third parties are not warranted.

 

※ If the damage is caused by the following factors, peripower shall have the right to charge for maintenance or not to repair:

1. Damage caused by war, terrorism, fire, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, and use under abnormal conditions

2. Damage caused by disassembly and/or arbitrary alteration/modification of specifications or accessories not originally made by the company.

3. Damage caused by exposure to water on any circumstances that cause severe oxidation and corrosion of electronic components.

4. Products not used as per instructions in the user’s manual or other abnormal usage.
